EU clients:
Business-to-business (B2B) clients can use VAT free prices as long as they provide valid EU Vat nr (accepted by VIES).
Business-to-client (B2C) clients are obliged to pay VAT amount that is added to final price during checkout.
Outside EU clients:
VAT is not payable on orders shipped outside the EU for both B2B and B2C.

National clients can choose between:

Expedited shipping service use DPD company for faster deliveries. To track the packages we provide tracking number after the goods were shipped and client can enter www.dpd.pl to check where package is located.
If client pay with Paypal or Braintree, we will, if an order is in stock send it in 1-2 days after the order. If paid by bank transfer, we will send order after having received payment. In case the order is not fully stocked, we will wait until order is complete and then send it. In special cases we can agree with customers that we ship an order in two parts without charging additional transportation costs.
Local pickup can be arranged after direct contact with us in order to verify the stock level and suitable pickup date.
Deliveries within Europe
International clients can choose between:

Delivery time
Post pickups are scheduled 3 times a week and Expedited shipping pickups are each day from Monday to Friday.
Delivery time is as follows:

- Europe – 4 to 7 business days
- the rest of the world – 7 to 21 business days
Expedited shipping:
- Worldwide – 3 to 5 business days
* Delivery time is longer for non standard, custom orders.
Import Taxes & Duties
Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Synkro. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
In some cases packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.
When exporting good to us for given service (like steering wheel restoration) please contact us before shipping to agree the best method of transportation. Synkro do not take any responsibilities and will not cover any customs fees that will be charged on the package not consulted before shipping.
Returns & exchange
Within 14 days of receipt of shipment, we take back the goods if the item is unused and in its original packing. Specially ordered items can not be returned unless otherwise agreed between seller and the customer. It may be that we will charge a handling fee. All costs of returning goods to us are at the expense of the customer, this includes the cost of returning the items. If mistake in delivery was on our side we substitute the wrong part on or expense.

We encourage customers to return it by registered post. Synkro can not be held liable for the cost of returning parcels or lost parcels. Please note that we do not refund the shipping costs when returning goods if otherwise agreed between to parties.

We put all efforts to make our product descriptions as accurate as possible but even so they should be used as a guide. If any further clarification is needed please contact us in order to be sure about ordering given goods.

Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as Smilodone cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.
